Orco Bank proudly participated in Padel4Good 2026, bringing together teamwork, employee engagement and a shared commitment to giving back to the community.

Represented by two Orco Bank teams, employees took to the court with enthusiasm, sportsmanship and strong team spirit. The event provided a great opportunity for colleagues to connect outside the workplace, strengthen relationships and enjoy a competitive setting while supporting a meaningful cause.

Padel4Good was about more than the matches. The event combined team building, networking and community impact, with proceeds supporting Tuma mi Man. For Orco Bank, this made the experience especially meaningful, as it reflected the Bank’s belief in contributing positively to the communities it serves.

The support from fellow employees also played an important role throughout the event. Colleagues came out to cheer on the Orco Bank teams, adding to the energy and creating a strong sense of connection both on and off the court.

Abigail Paula, Head of Retail Banking at Orco Bank, said “Padel4Good is a great example of what teamwork looks like in action. Our colleagues supported one another on the court, while the encouragement from fellow employees made the experience even more special. Knowing we were also playing for a good cause gave the event even greater meaning.”

Roy Koole, Head of Finance & ALM added “What stood out most was the team spirit. Whether playing or cheering from the sidelines, everyone contributed to the experience. It was great to see colleagues connect in a different setting while representing Orco Bank and supporting an important cause.”

Orco Bank’s participation in Padel4Good reflected values that are important to the organization every day: collaboration, commitment, connection and supporting one another.

The event also highlighted how employee engagement and community involvement can go hand in hand. By participating together, supporting one another and contributing to a good cause, Orco Bank employees helped make Padel4Good a memorable experience.

Orco Bank is proud to have been part of this meaningful event and looks back on a day filled with teamwork, sportsmanship, positive energy and giving back.
