Yes, you will still have convenient access to ATMs at the Phillipsburg branch, and Maho Hotel. Additionally, you will receive a new ATM card from Orco Bank in January, which will be activated on February 8.3. Will I need to change my account number?
No, you will keep your current account number during the transition.4. How will my online banking services be affected?
You will gain access to Orco Bank’s online banking two (2) weeks before the transition date of February 7, 2025. Your existing CIBC username will be maintained. You will receive an email with step by-step instructions on how to enroll and download the Orco Bank App. You will be able to start performing transactions on February 8th, 2025.5. What happens to my existing standing orders?
- Outgoing standing orders created in CIBC’s online banking will not transition and need to be recreated in Orco Bank’s online banking. Manually processed standing orders by CIBC will be transferred to Orco Bank.- For recurring payments from other local banks to CIBC, update the bank information to Orco Bank NV by February 8, 2025!
- Ensure to save the information of your standing orders, as this information will not be available to you once your CIBC Online Banking is disabled!
6. How will my loan accounts be handled?
Your loan accounts will transition to Orco Bank with the same terms and conditions, including interest rates, penalties, repayment schedules, and collateral. Automatic payments will continue as scheduled.7. What new services will Orco Bank offer after the transition?

The last day for CIBC POS transactions will be February 6, 2025, until 11:30 PM. All transactions performed on this day will be settled in your account at Orco Bank on Monday, February 10, 2025.
18. When will Orco Bank POS terminals be available?
Orco Bank POS terminals will be available and operational before noon on February 7, 2025. This transition aims to ensure a smooth continuation of merchant services.

You can pick up your card at the Belair Community Center.

Please bring a valid ID (passport, driver’s license, not older than 2 months) for verification purposes.
26. What happens if I don’t pick up my card during the scheduled dates?
We encourage you to pick up your card as soon as possible within the given schedule to ensure uninterrupted service. For further assistance, please contact us.
27. Is there an incentive for picking up my card early?
Yes! By picking up your card during the designated dates, you enter for a chance to WIN ANG 3,000!
28. Can someone else pick up my card on my behalf??
Yes, this is possible. Please complete, sign, and bring this document when picking up the card.
29. Can my card be mailed to abroad?

These correspondent banks are exclusively for USD and EUR transactions. For other currencies, please contact Orco Bank customer service.
36. Are Orco Bank statements available in hard copy?
Orco Bank statements are digital by default. If you prefer to receive hard-copy statements, you can request them. However, we encourage our customers to use digital statements for convenience and sustainability.37. How do Orco Bank’s interest rates on savings accounts compare to other banks in Sint Maarten?
Orco Bank offers highly competitive interest rates on savings accounts, significantly higher than other local banks in Sint Maarten. Depending on the savings product, our rates are 0.5% or 0.25% higher than the market average. We encourage clients to inquire about our savings products to take advantage of this benefit.38. No, Orco Bank does not charge fees on savings accounts. This is a great advantage.39. Do Euro accounts at Orco Bank earn interest?

No, ATM cards are not provided for savings accounts at Orco Bank.43. Are standing orders allowed on savings accounts at Orco Bank?
No, standing orders on savings accounts are not permitted at Orco Bank.44. Does Orco Bank offer student accounts?
Yes, Orco Bank offers both student current accounts and student savings accounts designed to meet the needs of students.45. Is there any group of CIBC customers who will not be receiving debit cards?
Everybody will be receiving a debit card except for customers with dormant accounts.46. How will debit cards be provided to customers residing in Saba or Statia?
Customers in Saba or Statia must sign an indemnity letter to receive either a debit card or a credit card. Once signed and emailed to Customer.SupportSXM@orcobank.com, the card will be sent via FedEx at no charge to the customer.

47. When can I pick up my new Orco Bank card?
You can pick up your new Orco Bank card from Monday, February 10 to Friday, February 28, 2025.
48. What are the pickup hours?
Cards can be picked up between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday (weekdays only).49. Where can I pick up my card?
Your card will be available for pickup at the Orco Bank Union Road Office.
50. Will the cards be available for pickup at the Emmaplein branch?
No, cards will not be available at the new Emmaplein branch. All pickups must be made at the Union Road office.
51. Can I link my credit card to my Orco Bank Online/ App account for viewing?
Yes, you can request to link your personal Orco Bank Credit Card to your Orco Bank Online/ App account. Follow the steps as explained in this tutorial video. Click here.
Login to your Orco Bank Online, click 'Services', and select 'Link Credit Card' from the menu options. Complete the fields with your Credit Card information, and 'Submit' your request.
