- What is changing?
Orco Bank is discontinuing Hard Tokens and transitioning to digital authentication using QR Login and Soft Token via the Orco Bank App.
- When will Hard Tokens stop working?
All Hard Tokens will be disabled by April 1st, 2026.
- What login options are available?
Via the Orco Bank App, customers can log in using:
• QR Login – Scan and log in instantly
• Soft Token – Generate a secure code from your phone
- What is the Soft Token?
The Soft Token is a digital authentication method integrated into the Orco Bank App. It replaces the Hard Token and provides secure login and transaction approvals.
- What is QR Login?
QR Login allows you to log in by scanning a QR code displayed on Orco Bank Online using the Orco Bank App (QR Code scanner). No manual code entry is required. QR code allows you to smoothly and securely login to your Orco Bank Online.
- What do I need to do?
Before your deactivation date:
1. Make sure to download and install the Orco Bank App (if you don’t have this yet)
2. Discover the feature: QR Login and Soft Token are both available in your Orco Bank App
3. Confirm access to Orco Bank Online by using your Soft Token.
- Can Hard Tokens be reactivated?
No. Once deactivated, Hard Tokens cannot be reactivated.
- What are the minimum iOS and Android versions required for the Orco Bank App?
To use the Orco Bank App, customers must ensure their app and device meet the following minimum requirements:
- Orco Bank App version: 4.2.4 or higher
- iOS version: 17 or higher
- Android version: 8.1 or higher
Keeping your device and app up to date ensures optimal security and uninterrupted access to features such as QR Login and Soft Token.
Business Accounts
- I have business accounts. What should I do?
Business customers may require additional setup, such as:
• Linking multiple accounts
• Assigning user permissions
• Main User approvals
Your Account Manager or the Contact Center will guide you through the process.

- Our office team does not have a company mobile phone available. Are there any other ways to use a Soft Token without a mobile phone?
The Soft Token is primarily designed to work with a mobile device (such as a smartphone or tablet). If your office team does not have access to company mobile phones, there are a few alternatives you can consider:
- Company Tablet: If mobile phones are not available, the Soft Token can also be installed and used on a company tablet, provided it meets the required operating system version.
- Personal Device (if permitted): Some organizations allow employees to use their personal mobile devices or tablets for work purposes.
Currently, the Soft Token solution is not available for desktop or web use.
